- Prayer requests you choose to share
- Visit details (e.g. when you plan to come on a Sunday)
- Interest in Bible Study or the Foundations pathway

- Follow-up notes recorded by our pastoral team where relevant

- Respond to prayer requests and pray with you
- Welcome you and help you plan a visit
- Provide pastoral follow-up and care
- Send Bible Study or Foundations details when you ask
- Manage normal church communication

Where you submit a form, we rely on your consent to use the information for that purpose. Where we follow up pastorally or administratively as a church, we rely on legitimate interest as a church community caring for the people connected with us.
Sensitive pastoral information
Prayer requests and similar messages may include personal or sensitive details. These are handled with care and treated as confidential by authorised members of our church team.
Who can access your information
Access is limited to authorised admins, pastors, and follow-up team members who need it to respond to you or to provide appropriate pastoral care.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. Our website and email providers may process your messages on our behalf so that we can receive and reply to them. We only share information with others where you have asked us to, or where we are required to by law or for safeguarding reasons.
How long we keep it
We normally retain enquiry and follow-up records for up to 24 months unless ongoing pastoral care, safeguarding, legal, or administrative reasons require longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
